24Six is happy to offer you an extended limited warranty through a 3rd party provider - CPS. For all warranties, you must have your proof of purchase, so wherever you buy Solo3, you must save your proof of purchase for any warranty to be valid.

24Six covers any defects that came from the factory for the first 30 days after you purchase the product. Defects include issues like the buttons are not working properly, the touch screen is not responding, the battery does not charge, etc. Anything that should be working out of the box, and does not.

THERE IS NO COVERAGE IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS FOR USER NEGLIGENCE. 
AGAIN, IF YOU OR YOUR CHILD:
DROPS THE DEVICE
SPILLS WATER ON IT
IT FALLS OFF THEIR BED
IT FELL INTO THE SOUP
IT WAS "SO CLOSE TO THE GROUND IT COULDNT HAVE BEEN HIS/HER FAULT"
(yes, these are real)
- these and other examples like this are not covered by 24Six in the first 30 Days.

After 30 days, if you purchase this extended warranty, please contact CPS DIRECTLY. 24Six is not involved in the warranty process!!

What is covered by CPS:

> Accidental damage
> Limited liquid damage
> Technical issues

What is not covered:

Negligence. Solo3 should not be used as a toy, thrown around, dropped, etc.

How do I file my warranty?

Step 1:
Warranty is emailed to Customer
As soon as the warranty order is submitted to CPS, a email is sent to the customer with their warranty details. SAVE THIS WARRANTY LETTER!

Step 2:
Client Portal

Next step is for the customer to log in to their Client Portal account to view their warranty details and complete registration. 

Step 3:

Register your warranty
Customers can click the red Register button and fill in any missing details
You also can register their warranty by Phone at 800-905-0443
Warranty coverage details are displayed in their client account on the CPS portal for full transparency. 

Step 4:

Claims
Customers can file claims easily via the Client Portal, just add a problem description and they are good to go! Our Support Team is also available to file claims by Phone 800-905-0443.

Step 5:

File the claim in the CPS Portal
